Communication with your users is key to getting up and running with your new online tutoring platform. Use this template to notify your students and parents about your transition to the platform and help them onboard successfully.

This online portal is designed to help grow the relationships we build with our students and families.
We are onboarding clients to the new platform the week of [Enter date here].
We will send you an onboarding email with a link to create and activate your account. In the email, click the “Get Started” link and follow all of the steps to complete the process. For parents that are prompted to create their student’s account, please note the login details that you create for your student and share those details with your student.
Once you’ve logged in to your student and parent portals, explore the tools and features and be sure to bookmark our website. Use these links to learn more.
Once you have completed onboarding, we will schedule a session between you and your instructor to meet in the online classroom for orientation. Before your first session, use this checklist to ensure that your technology meets the requirements and that you are familiar with the online classroom.
