Instant Session Controls for Admins

As an administrator of the online platform, you can control instructors' ability to invite users to the online classroom for instant sessions.

Users: This article is for Organization Administrators

Prerequisites: Admin account is activated 

Follow the step-by-step instructions outlined below:

To access and change your admin settings

  1.  Hover your cursor over the cog in the top right corner of your admin dashboard to view the drop-down menu. Click Settings.

2. Check or uncheck the box next to Allow On-Demand Sessions based on your preference.  Allowing instant or "On-demand" sessions will Click Save to update the changes.

Changes are implemented across the entire platform, for all of your instructors.
